IndiiWines is a boutique label from the Clare Valley, with fruit also drawn from the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. Seven wines, made in small parcels, sold direct until they run out.

Our wines are unique in character and express only love for the people who enjoy them. All of our varieties are crafted in small batches, showcasing a diverse style of winemaking that comes from a soulful desire to balance value with exceptionality.
We are based in South Australia's Clare Valley, and also work with fruit from the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. IndiiWines was previously known as My Better Half Wines. Same people, same wines, new name.

Bulk orders
IndiiWines is a licensed South Australian producer. We can supply bulk wine in significant volumes on request, sourced from Clare Valley, Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and other South Australian regions. Available in bottle, under our own label or as cleanskin, and in bulk format subject to volume.

Checkout
Freight is quoted from your postcode by Australia Post, then added to your total. Payment is taken by Stripe.
All prices include GST. You will be redirected to Stripe to pay. An adult over 18 must sign for the delivery.

A confirmation email is on its way to you. We dispatch within two business days and will send tracking as soon as the carrier picks it up.
We pack and dispatch within two business days from Magill, South Australia. An adult over 18 must be present to sign for the delivery. Tracking follows by email.

Shipping and returns
How orders are sent, and what happens if something is wrong with them.
Freight
Wine is sold by the case of 12 and shipped from South Australia. Freight is calculated at checkout from your postcode using Australia Post rates, and is charged on top of the case price. We do not ship outside Australia.
Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within two business days. An adult over 18 must be present to sign for the delivery. If nobody is home, the carrier will leave a card and the parcel can be collected from your local outlet.
Damaged or faulty wine
If a bottle arrives broken, or a wine is faulty, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including freight. Please keep the bottle and the packaging until the claim is settled.
Change of mind
Unopened cases can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original carton and in resaleable condition. Return freight is at your cost, and the refund covers the price of the wine but not the original freight. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What we collect
Your name, email address, delivery address and phone number when you place an order or send an enquiry, plus basic site analytics. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, to answer your enquiry, and to meet our record keeping obligations as a licensed producer. If you opt in, we will also email you when new wine is released. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to complete your order: our payment provider and Australia Post. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Access and questions
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email indiiwines@yahoo.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
